- Open car door.
- Sit in driver’s seat
- Put keys in ignition.
- Put on Seat belt
- Check mirrors
- Release handbrake
- Reverse down hill
Everything was going well until I eased onto the gas to go forward up the hill and out of the car park.
These things are so much simpler when you’ve remembered to switch the engine on.
