They've replaced my phone! And it beeps and everything! wooooo!
It's only taken 2 weeks. Lets just say that three customer service is better than O2, but they don't do joined up thinking.
And don't even think about getting an LG phone. Not now, not ever. They just don't work.

Um, as for this site stats business, i have no idea what you're talking about. FireWhat? This should indicate that i'm a complete dunce when it comes to computers! And no i dont use telewest so i'm not sure where that came from and another wasted question!

Firefox is an alternative and frankly infinitely superior and more secure browser than Internet Explorer. You can download it at www.getfirefox.com, but I get the feeling you won't bother. Mary was looking at her website visitor statistics to try and see if she could glean some useful information about what internet facilities you're using. Unfortunately, her statistics are rubbish, and she would be far better off with a different provider such as StatCounter or Re_Invigorate.
She managed to ascertain, however, that someone using Mozilla Firefox, with a Telewest connection, had been looking at her site. Unfortunately, that would be me. I seemed to have appeared as two different people though, so I suppose my IP address might have changed spontaneously - it does that from time to time. It's nothing to worry about though and the feeling should return to my legs by the end of the week..
I don't think Mary's statements count as questions though, so I think I've still got sixteen left.
